The Spanish Libero and the Invisible Wall

I’ve wrote about the Libero a couple of times in the past and it always generates a lot of discussion. However, I’ve never written about it as  in-depth as this article. Not only will I focus on how the Libero works, I will also be discussing what doesn’t and how the role could be changed to be better. There are a lot of issues with the Libero role on Football Manager but the role does work, it’s more that the role could work so much better. But that doesn’t mean it doesn’t currently work, it just means we need to learn what the role actually does in Football Manager and what to expect from the exotic role. The Football’s Kingdom – Player Preferred Moves (PPM’s)

Player’s preferred moves or PPM’s for short are a big part of Football Manager and have been for many years. Yet it’s an area I feel people neglect or don’t quite understand what a player’s preferred move is and how they work. Hopefully this post will explain a little bit about how I utilise PPM’s and decide what I need and more importantly is the player capable of doing what I’ve learnt him. This article is about what I look for and others might do it differently, so I’m not saying this way is a must or better, it’s simply just explaining how I utilise them.
